  8.     $MENU.EXE - Dos Menu shell with MANY options.  Calendar, Calculator, ASCII
  9.     chart, Typewriter, File Manager and MORE !!.  To execute, enter RUN <CR>
  10.     at the DOS prompt.  See MENU.DAT and RUN.EXE for more information.

  12.     RUN.EXE - Loader for $MENU.  This small program is used to execute $MENU
  13.     and any programs that get selected by $MENU.  This allows the system to
  14.     give back all available memory to the program selected in $MENU.

  16.     MENU.DAT - Sample menu data file for BOTH $MENU and MENU.   Notations in
  17.     this file should allow you to set up your own file.

  19.     MENU.PIF - Sample print information file for $MENU.  This an ASCII file,
  20.     and can be modified to fit your particular printer.  All characters prior
  21.     to the '^' will be used in the printer setup selection window. The rest
  22.     of the line are the printer codes in decimal, each preceeded by a '#'
  23.     sign.
