******** Running Desqview with Two Monitors *************
(adapted from Jacob's Well @ 1:382/50)
(contributed to DVNet by Chris Lamprecht @ 1:382/36)
(edited by Robbie Romano @ DVNet 1:382/58)
1) Autoexec brings up DESQ in Mono mode first, and conserves available memory
for the other windows..
2) After loadhi run noega so that Desqview will intercept any ega display
to the mono card.
3) Bring up mode mono for the first monitor and run XDV
4) Desqview runs MDV.BAT which makes a call to MODE CO80 to bring up the
Color Monitor in Window #1.
5) Run DVANSI then brings up MENU WORKS on his Color Monitor in the front end?
the switched to mode mono to the other monitor and runs Quickdv.bat for
the BBS
Take a look at the config.sys file. Stacks=0,0 is a good tip from the
DESQVIEW Echo and has something to do with Device drivers hanging in
Drive A & B. Also the last part of the Qemm= statement is a negative
number that seems to help.
