  45. ADDRESS is a random address file and mailing label printing  program  (name,a-
  46. ddress, city,state,zipcode,company names).

  48. BOOKINV is a bookinventory program with can contain up to 2000  books referen-
  49. ced on author, title and subject.

  51. INDXCARD
  52. In  spite  of  the  advantages  of computers for data bases,  there are still 
  53. uses  for the common 3" x 5" index cards since  small numbers of them are more
  54. portable  and  accessable  than  a   computer file.
  55. Indxcard is intended to make it very easy to create and maintain  3x5  card
  56. files. By itself, it forms an electronic typewriter  with full editing
  57. facilities  for  the 3"x5" card format. It can  be used with the program
  58. PC-FILE.Required : two disk drives or  harddisk, Color/Graphics Adapter Card
  59. (color not used), Epson 
  60. MX-80 (or comparable) printer.
  61. Useful : PC-FILE,  a  database  program by Jim Button (Disk 2916 CP/MS gg);
  62. and a RAM disk/printer buffer to speed up things (like  sorts).

  66. MAIL1 is a straightforward mailing list program. It is fairly  powerful,
  67. allowing sorting by four fields and keying printing of  labels by any field.
  68. It will print one across or two across  labels. The program is nearly self-ex-
  69. planatory.

  71. PMB : Preventive Maintenance, Bill, and Message Program provides  a way of
  72. keeping track of events which occur  periodically such  as bills,  preventive
  73. maintenance items, dentist  appointments,  yearly vet checks for the family 
  74. animal, and once-only items  such as important meetings planned far in
  75. advance.  The program  is designed to be operated weekly and, when requested, 
  76. will   print  out the items due in the  following  two weeks.

  78. ROLODEX : This rolodex is very limited. It only keeps track of  names,
  79. addresses, zip codes, and phone numbers. The  program   seperates  the data
  80. file into 26 sections much the same as a  rolodex would, with one section for
  81. each letter of the alphabet.  The maximum number of addresses is around 800.

  83. Schedule allows you to organize your appointments or activities  that you want
  84. to do. You can write your activities for the whole  year. There is room
  85. provided for each day of the year. Each day  can hold your activities from 6
  86. o'clock in the morning till 10  o'clock at night for each half hour.
