  47.      123DOC is a program to document a Lotus 123  spread-sheet as a spreads-
  48. heet in human readably form. The  program is written in BasicA for a 320k
  49. machine with 2  drives and a color board.  This is a LOTUS type  configuration
  50. and the program probably does not run without  the color board. Its speed is
  51. print limited.
  52.      To use the program on a spread sheet file say TEST.WKS,  first prepare a
  53. report file say TEST.PRN ofthe spread sheet  in formula mode. I.e. in 123 use
  54. the command
  55.      /PFOOC for "Print File Options Other Cell-Formulas",  with the range
  56. pre-specified to be the whole spread-sheet of  interest. ( Thus this file is
  57. actually one form of the  output.  What 123DOC does is put this into a matrix
  58. format.)

  61. ADDLABEL.WKS is a self explanatory Lotus 1-2-3 file which  demonstrates how to
  62. produce one-up address labels, letting a  macro do all the work. The principal
  63. menu also contains  other useful macros, such as to save the file, print the 
  64. database, and resort the data by different keys.

  67.         This estimate form will allow you to do bids quicker  and more
  68. accurately than you have ever done before.  It is  basically the standard ASMP
  69. estimate/assignment/confirmation  form transposed to a 123 worksheet. Unlike
  70. the basic form  however, this will do your math, and total everything up for 
  71. you as well. You will find this program will allow you to  quickly do what
  72. ifs, and see what an extra day or another  dollar per shot will do for the
  73. total bill.  I have found,  since I began using it, my bids are much more
  74. accurate, and  my clients more assured of just what they are getting for 
  75. their money.
