  3. - Added /RD:dd option which causes the ADD to delay 'dd' seconds after
  4.   the first (and only the first) SCSI bus reset.  This allows more time
  5.   for devices which take an eternity to process a reset.

  7. - Added support for the Micro Channel hardfile activity light (applies to
  8.   fd16-700 only).

  10. - Fixed trap D problem (from the ADDs) caused by a special case for some
  11.   CD-ROM devices.

  13. - Added support for the Future Domain IC-32c60 for PCI.

  15. - Added /16BIT option which disables use of the 32-bit wide host-side FIFO.
  16.   With this option, the FIFO is still used, but only in 16-bit wide host-side
