  1.                         Your Rights to Use the Software

  4. If you acquired this computer program copy (which we will call the "Software")
  5. at one of our authorized outlets, then you may use it, just as you use a book
  6. or compact disc when you borrow it from a public library.  Just like a book
  7. that you borrow from the library for some period of time, this version should
  8. only be used for the 30 day evaluation period.  This software copy is designed
  9. to work differently or stop working 30 days after the first use.

  11. You didn't sign any agreements with us when you acquired the Software, but
  12. U.S.  copyright laws set certain limits to what you can do with the Software.
  13. You may:

  16.      install and use the Software during the evaluation period on a
  17.      single computer.  If you want to use the Software on more than
  18.      one computer, you may do so, provided that you are the only user
  19.      of the Software, and the Software is only used on one computer at
  20.      a time.

  22.      make backup copies of the Software for your own use during the
  23.      evaluation period, in case your master copy is damaged or
  24.      destroyed.

  29. Creative Systems Programming Corporation is making this special, demonstration
  30. version of Golden CommPass+ available to CompuServe Information Service users
  31. that are interested in experimenting with a native OS/2 application for
  32. accessing CompuServe.

  34. This demonstration program contains all the features of the complete Golden
  35. CommPass program, except that it has been limited to accessing CompuServe
  36. forums that begin with either IBM or OS2, and has been designed to work
  37. differently or stop working 30 days after the first use.

  61. NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
  62. PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE THIRTY (30) DAY EXPRESS WARRANTY PERIOD
  63. STATED ABOVE.  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
