  4. With HexEdit/2, you can view and edit files in
  5. single or multibyte octal, decimal, or
  6. hexadecimal binary representation.  You can
  7. resize an existing file or allocate a new
  8. file from scratch, and perform search and
  9. replace functions forward or backward through
  10. the file.  HexEdit/2 provides a full help
