  6.        IF YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

  8.        The author grants you a license to use the Program "Speed-PASCAL/2
  9.        for OS/2" as a Beta tester.
  10.        This package contains Programs, Source files and documentation in
  11.        the following replaced by "the programs".
  12.        The programs are Demo or Beta-Test versions. Since that the
  13.        functionality of the programs is limited. The GA Version can be
  14.        different from this Demo Version.
  15.  
  16.        The programs are copyrighted.
  17.        You obtain no rights on the programs other than those granted you
  18.        under this license.
  19.        If you do not agree to the terms listed below you are not allowed
  20.        to use the programs.
  21.  
  22.        Under this license, you may:

  24.        1. use the programs on one or more machines at a time
  25.  
  26.        2. make copies of the programs for use or backup purposes.

  28.        4. make copies of the original file you downloaded and distribute
  29.           it, provided that you transfer a copy of this license to the

  31.           first use of the program.
