  1. Dial is a phone dialing program for those
  2. that don't have a modem.  It requires os/2,
  3. rexx, and mmpm with the rexx interface.  The
  4. program plays dialing tones through whatever
  5. sound equipment the computer has.  Turn the
  6. volume up sufficiently and hold the phone
  7. near the speaker.
