Dear Shareware Vendor,
Please take this opportunity to review PowerCalc for Windows,
version 2.0, for inclusion in your catalog.
PowerCalc is a powerful calculator replacement for Windows 3.x
which features RPN logic, a macro language, a 'tape recorder'
and extensive on-line help. The large library of mathematical
functions is designed to meet the needs of engineers, scientists
and students in math, science and engineering, or anyone who
needs far more calculating power than they have available.
We feel PowerCalc is far superior to the calculator 'applet'
that comes packaged with Windows.
This shareware product is a fully functional program and is not
'crippled' in any way.
The enclosed file, PCLC20.EXE, is a self-extracting archive which
contains the following files:
PWRCLC2.EXE , the executable file
PWRCALC.HLP , the help file (Windows help format)
INSTALL.EXE , the installer for Windows 3.x
CTL3D.DLL , (required for installation)
APPSETUP.INF , (required for installation)
MANINST.TXT , manual installation instructions
README.TXT , basic readme file
REGISTER.TXT , shareware registration procedure
FILE_ID.DIZ , short description of PowerCalc
Please feel free to archive, un-archive, or include these files
on disks with other programs. We ask only that you include all
the files included in PCLC20.EXE.
We suggest that you use the name "PCLC20" as your archive name
if you compress these files. Either "PowerCalc" or "PowerCalc
for Windows" is suggested as a descriptive name. The following
is a short description that we have used for this product:
"PowerCalc is a powerful calculator for Windows that
features RPN logic, programming capability, and an
extensive library of mathematical functions. PowerCalc
was designed to meet the needs of engineers, technicians
and students who use calculators on a regular basis.
It offers you more calculating power than you get with
the calculator that comes with Windows. If you are a
serious calculator user, PowerCalc is for you."
