  1. This is a DLL I wrote in order to gain
  2. some needed functionality in Visual
  3. Basic. This DLL will allow you to read,
  4. write, and delete Dos volume labels, in
  5. addition it will allow you to get file
  6. and disk information such as total disk
  7. space, available disk space, file date,
  8. file time, size of file, and has a
  9. conversion routine to get plain english
  10. dates and times out of those returned by
  11. the dll.
