  3. If you are having difficulties with LivePix and require assistance,
  4.  you can contact LivePix Technical Support by using the options listed below.
  5. It will be very helpful if you can tell us your computer model, version of the
  6. Mac OS, application and Virtual Memory settings, and which extensions you 
  7. have turned on.  If possible, have the computer both positioned near your 
  8. phone and turned on.  Please, also be prepared to give us a detailed 
  9. description of what happens when you try to run the program.
