  1. MGIF 4.0

  3. This is a new version of THE gif-viewer for mono chrome monitor.
  4. The original was written by Bill Rosenkranz.
  5.  
  6. This version is based on the released sources for version 3.5. It does not
  7. include all the enhancements of version 3.7 which was only available in binary
  8. form. It does however allocate memory dynamically.
  9.  
  10. Due to a change of compiler and some rewrites the program is now much faster.
  11.  
  12. The files "readme" and "mgif.1" are from the original 3.5 release.
  13. "mgif.ttp" was compiled by GCC 2.1.
  14.  
  15. All sources are available from me and at atari.archive.
