  7. Foundation's standard documentation system.  TEXINFO.TEX is a system of TeX
  8. macros which allow a single source file to be as a source for quality
  9. publishing under TeX, and for online use by the INFO program for
  10. reference.  The 230+ page manual is an excellent introduction to this
  11. system, and will save many new GNU users many hours wondering what
