  11.     Emsley says gallium has three phases, alpha - orthorhombic

  19. Why does Emsley quote many phases as being 'rhombic'. Rhombic is not one
  20.     of the 14 Bravais lattices. Does he mean Rhombohedral or orthorhombic?
  21.     I have presumed he means rhombohedral (apart from one mentioned above where I
  22.     think a more appropriate description would be monoclinic since it has a non-90
  23.     degree angle)
  24.     If he means rhombohedral, then why does he persist in calling them 'rhombic'?
