In this cartoon, the woman argues to the man that he really loved her, he would give her the remote control. Pretend that you are the man in the cartoon how might you argue both that you love the woman and that you should keep the remote control? Can you figure out how to achieve both goals? The man might say something like, "If I give the remote to you and you keep it does that mean you don't love me as much as love you?" Craft your own response, trying to achieve both goals in the space provided. How does your response balance your goals? Do you think it accomplishes both successfully?
