Please read the boring legal gubbins at the end of this Help file.
System requirements
To run Bunny Race you will require RISC OS 3.1 and 2Mb RAM. The game runs at about the right speed on an ARM3; Risc PC/StrongARM users may find it a bit fast. This should be corrected in the final release version.
The story so far
Poor old Elvis the bunny really was having a bad hare day. If it wasn't bad enough for some unsavoury character to spray-painted his lovely car in such an unappetising pink colour, they had also stolen all of his cabbages too! Well, Elvis was not best pleased, and set off to find the culprit.
Following the track of pawprints nearby, he soon reached the burrow of his arch rival, the evil Alfonso! All the evidence was there - the chewed cabbage leaves, the pots of pink paint in the corner... Elvis had caught Alfonso red pawed! However, Alfonso wasn't going to give up that easily! He grabbed the remaining cabbages and jumped into his handily placed get-away plane, and flew away...
Elvis knew his mission - to catch up with Alfonso, and rescue the stolen cabbages!

Playing the game
You play the part of Elvis the bunny. You must drive your car to the finishing post at the end of the level. The track is not easy to drive across - amongst other things, there are holes, dissolving platforms, lifts and electric wires to hinder your process. Luckily, Elvis' car has the ability to bounce into the air, so you can jump over the various obstacles. You are not alone in the game - Alfonso, the evil bunny, is flying around in his plane, and is determined to stop you. He will fly across your path in an attempt to block you, and has a large supply of turnips to drop onto your car. These turnips are very heavy and will destroy your car if they hit it. You are not without weapons however - Elvis' car is fitted with a powerful carrot cannon. A well-aimed carrot can knock Alfonso's plane out of the sky!
The yellow bar along the right hand edge of the screen shows your time limit; the white line indicates your progress along the track.
