A neighbouring island has launched a full scale attack on your island's military base, The jets were not scrambled fast enough and the base was almost completely annihilate the only defence left is a camouflaged chopper, you have been chosen to undertake the perilous mission of flying the chopper to the sea between the two islands and stall the enemy long enough for reinforcements to reach the base. The chopper is armed with rockets and you have three choppers in reserve, occasionally you might be able to commandeer more choppers to held defeat the enemy.
The chopper is viewed from above, The control panel at the bottom shows the high score, the present score, number of choppers left and the difficulty level you have reached. The controls are:
Z left
X right
" up
/ down
Q quit current game & return to title screen
Esc Quit program & return to desktop
And RETURN will fire a missile
Enemy planes, choppers, missiles will fly down the screen in formation towards you while others will sweep on the screen and try and catch you off guard, occasionally gun boats will appear and fire heat seeking surface to air missiles at you, Destroy both as soon as possible. Some times a small chopper like yours will come on the screen and fly round for a while before disappearing, fly over it to collect an extra life. Another feature in the game is that the more you score the higher the difficulty level meaning that the enemy flying in formation will come at you faster.
