Thank you for trying GHSCALES Version 1.1
The program is shipped as a self-extracting file.
This means all you need to do is copy the file
GHSC11.EXE to a high density (1.2 MB) 5.25" floppy,
a 720K 3.5" floppy, or a directory on your hard drive.
Then just type GHSC11 and all the program files will
expand onto the floppy or hard drive directory.
The program requires about 390K of disk space.
You will experience better performance if you install
onto a hard drive directory.
Here are a few examples of the DOS commands you will
use to install GHSCALES:
From floppy to floppy, assuming the original disk is in Drive A
and the disk to be copied to is in Drive B:
copy a:ghsc11.exe b:
b: (this changes the drive to B)
ghsc11 (the files expand out on the B drive)
From floppy to hard disk, assuming the original disk is in
Drive A and the hard drive's name is Drive C:
c: (this makes the current drive C)
md guitway (this creates the directory GUITWAY)
cd guitway (changes directory to GUITWAY)
copy a:ghsc11.exe (copies GHSC11.EXE to the current directory,
GUITWAY, on Drive C)
ghsc11 (the files expand out in the GUITWAY directory on
Drive C)
After expanding the files, the GHSC11.EXE file may be deleted:
del ghsc11.exe
