Weighing in at 1909 lines of code in 9+1 units (my nine and the TrayIcon unit), WT2 is my first Delphi program :) it's a conversion of WT1 from Visual Basic with extra bits. And it's faster :)
Installation Notes
------------------
WorldTime2 can recognise WorldTime1 data and import it automatically (you will be prompted)
Why not put a shortcut to WT2 in your StartUp folder?
Usage instructions
-------------------
Click the [List Management] button to add/remove people and edit them. See tool tips for help; most things are easy. Help file to come soon.
Known Bugs
----------
1. When minimized to the tray, the icon's tooltip is the time/location for someone, same as for when the application is minimized to the traskbar like normal.
However, due to a feature in Windows this tooltip does not update. To see another person, you must move the cursor off the icon and onto it again.
2. When examining the People sub-menu in the popup menu, the menu can appear to "freeze". This is because the timer has fired while you are looking at the menu.
Simply move the cursor off the People menu and the entire popup menu will ... er... popdown.
Beta Testers
------------
Thanks to all my beta testers for WorldTime2, who are (in no particular order):
Nick Salter
Stephen "Dudley" Sharp
Thomas Ho
Kit Lane
Richard Crockford
Chris Ross
Everyone else from #ags who tried it... probably including David Merriman,
Andrew Russell, Chris Gray (well, #startrek is nearly #ags :)
And everyone who downloaded the beta version from Molecular Software's site. Even if none of you did email me about it :) Obviously you lot found it to be perfect first time round...
