  3. By using this copy of ConnectPal, you ( the licensee ) 
  4. hereby agrees to the terms and conditions as stated in the below 
  5. mentioned end-user evaluation licensing agreement.

  7. This software is licensed to you for the sole purpose of evaluation. 
  8. You shall adhere to the legal 50 connections use limit for the purpose of 
  9. evaluation. You may not derive or implement any other illegal cheat 
  10. codes, algorithms, methods and any or other direct or indirect ways 
  11. which would allow you to use ConnectPal in the registered mode or to 
  12. extend the 50 connections legal use period without registration with proof 
  13. of payment.

  15. You are not obtaining title to the software or any 
  16. copyrights.

  18. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, modify, translate, resell, 
  19. convert to another programming language, lend, decompile, reverse 
  20. engineer, reengineer or disassemble the software for any purpose. 
  21. This software is protected by under the Universal Copyright Law for 
  22. Intellectual Property, with the date of software inception as of 
  23. March 1998.
