  16. Cmdtime is an extremely easy-to-use command-line utility for synchronizing 
  17. time over the Internet. It uses fast and reliable Simple Network Time Protocol.
  18. It's designed to use either standalone, or in batch-files, or with external 
  19. shedulers.

  25. cmdtime [options]

  27.  /Q  - Quick adjust (3 servers). Recommended for most cases.
  28.  /P  - Precise adjust (10 servers). For poor quality lines.
  29.  +60 - Add 60 minutes to suggested time
  30.  -35 - Substract 35 minutes from suggested time
  31.  /T  - Show servers response time
  32.  bernina.ethz.ch ntp.ucsd.edu - Add custom servers (up to 10).

  56. in beta stage) has unique features - it builds itself right into the taskbar 
  57. (replace of standard tray clocks) and so doesn't eat up any desktop space.
