WHY YOU WILL NEED AblyFTP 2.8.0 FOR WIN 95
AblyFTP is an Internet Uploader that supports now only the FTP protocol.
NOTE : AblyFTP is an uploader who can download specified import-files from a Web Site or from any FTP file on a public site. However, upload is MORE DIFFICULT than download and AblyFTP is featured to make site managing more automated. In fact, it requires some concentration only when setting the entry parameters. You can consider that it is a permanent upgraded professionnal tool. Beta versions run on Mac and Linux, with inter-binary compatibility files formats. The software, available in English and French, is being translated in Arabic, German, Hebrew, Spanish and Japanese.
Programmers, ask about the OPEP interface to write transparent images and texts editors with no care of FTP ( or Internet ).
Take advantage from variables subtitution and shortcuts shared files and folders. Use many functions of the AblyFTP 3.0 dll, not yet available in this version, like graphical logical site structure, automated submission to search engines or to any http registration, printed reports and mirroring automation. It is free for an elligible project, with help and samples.
AblyFTP had been tested with more than 20000 files on a 64 Mo PC, but may be used TOO as a dumb uploader or to get a selection of downloads.

2. How to install the program
-----------------------------
expand the software distribution in a new folder
execute AblyFTP.exe in the "0 0systeme" folder : it is an auto install software
A MFC42.dll version of this software is present in the "0 0systeme/mfc42" folder. If you have MFC42.dll installed on your machine, replace the static versions by cutting and pasting the "0 0systeme/mfc42" in the "0 0systeme" folder. If you don't know if you have mfc42.dll installed, click on substitue.exe in the mfc42 folder. If it works , you have the dll installed.
DON'T USE AblyFTP.exe IN the mfc42 folder.
2 bis. How to uninstall the program

Select this option in the menu near "About AblyFTP". All external files to the install folder will be removed.
Erase the install folder with Windows Explorer.
3. Status of the program
-------------------------
This software is a Shareware. That means that you may evaluate it freely but you must pay it if you want to use it regularly.
It's price is $ 31.05 ( 200 French francs ).
There is 2 keys :
- OUR KEY : a random number generated at install named OUR KEY
- YOUR KEY : the key the vendor will give you in exchange when you will register

After payment, you will receive a password to update the software with a non-limitable version and to upgrade it regularly ( at least a new compile each 3 months ).

4. Expiration of the program
-----------------------------
This programm expires after 30 days AND 50 hours of usage. you will not be able to create news entries or to manage entries created on another version. Installing a new version gives 10 other hours of test. Editing the protection system disallows any other use of an Ably product. Caritative groupments, broke students, ask for special license free of fees. Other, please register.
Version 2.8.0 resets the time counter.
