  2. magazine which is published every other month for only $21 annually as 
  3. compared with the regular rate of $29.00.

  5. To receive this discount, ISOC members should address a message to
  6.     INTERNETWORLD@enews.com (New Republic's "Electronic Newstand
  7. on the Internet) furnishing their postal address and their ISOC
  8. membership number. They will receive their first copy in 2-4 weeks
  9. and will be invoiced shortly thereafter. Please note that credit
  10. cards are no accepted.
