Date Updated: 1/13/94
To offer an effective way to communicate current information to midlevel
and campus NICs and end-users, the InterNIC will publish a bi-monthly
newsletter which will still be called "NSF Network News." The "NSF Network
News" newsletter will focus on articles that discuss tools, training, new
items on the InterNIC, discipline-oriented resources, and will include a
calendar of events.
The newsletter will be eight to twelve pages of two-color type with black
and white photos and graphics. InterNIC Information Services will make
this newsletter available in hardcopy, electronically as plain text
(ASCII), and as a PostScript file. Midlevel and campus NICs are encouraged
to redistribute the "NSF Network News" to their end-users.
To subscribe to the "NSF Network News," send email to:
newsletter-request@is.internic.net
This is not a mailserver, so please indicate which version (electronic or
hardcopy) you would like to receive, or if you would like to receive both.
The electronic version can be sent as ASCII or as a PostScript file.
If you have any questions about continued publication of "NSF Network
News" by the InterNIC, please send an email message to the InterNIC
Reference Desk at info@is.internic.net, or call the Desk staff at
1-619-455-4600.
