  9. To offer an effective way to communicate current information to midlevel
  10. and campus NICs and end-users, the InterNIC will publish a bi-monthly
  11. newsletter which will still be called "NSF Network News." The "NSF Network
  12. News" newsletter will focus on articles that discuss tools, training, new
  13. items on the InterNIC, discipline-oriented resources, and will include a
  14. calendar of events.

  16. The newsletter will be eight to twelve pages of two-color type with black
  17. and white photos and graphics.  InterNIC Information Services will make
  18. this newsletter available in hardcopy, electronically as plain text
  19. (ASCII), and as a PostScript file. Midlevel and campus NICs are encouraged
  20. to redistribute the "NSF Network News" to their end-users.
