  5. Many people learn about the Internet only as a means of accessing 
  6. information.  For that group, the sections on Using the Internet and
  7. Internet Resources should be sufficient.  On the other hand, if you
  8. are a programmer, or work for a Network Information Center, or
  9. administer a machine on the Internet, or simply have an interest
  10. in the more technical and advanced aspects of the Net, then this
  11. section is for you.
