  9. Overview:
  10. ---------
  11. The purpose of this meeting will be to collect, discuss and resolve issues
  12. with the following documents so that we can complete these documents as soon
  13. as possible after the meeting.  I have put the model document first and the
  14. iTIP document second since they are the newest documents and most likely to
  15. require significant discussion.  We will also reserve time for discussing
  16. iCalendar which is now in its 3rd version.
  17.  
  18. It would be very helpful if individuals with significant comments send
  19. e-mail to the editors of the respective documents. This will provide them
  20. the opportunity to think about possible solutions before the meeting and
  21. save time by not having to write these down during the meeting.
  22.  
  23. This WG now has moved to the stage where we have gone through a year of
  24. discussion and we have some very "mature" documents as a result.  To
  25. participate productively therefore you are *required* to have read the
  26. documents and made yourself familiar with the preceding discussions.

  28. The editors of the respective documents will facilitate the discussions at
  29. the meeting.
