  40.  1. The minutes of the September 25 Teleconference were approved. Steve to
  41.     place in public archives.

  43.  2. The IESG apporoved publication of ACAP -- Application Configuration Access
  44.     Protocol <draft-ietf-acap-spec-06.txt> and Anonymous SASL Mechanism 
  45.     <draft-ietf-acap-anon-01.txt> as Proposed Standards. However, the 
  46.     announcement can not be sent as they are waiting for Augmented BNF for 
  47.     Syntax Specifications: ABNF <draft-ietf-drums-abnf-04.txt> and Simple
  48.     Authentication and Security Layer (SASL) <draft-myers-auth-sasl-12.txt> to 
  49.     be approved.

  51.  3. The IESG approved publication of Classical IP and ARP over ATM
  52.     <draft-ietf-ion-ipatm-classic2-03.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Steve to

  56.     <draft-gahrns-imap-login-referrals-03.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Steve

  82. 11. The IESG approved publication of Using a Dedicated AS for Sites Homed to a 
  83.     Single Provider <draft-ietf-idr-as-dedicated-00.txt> as an Informational
  84.     RFC. Steve to send announcement.

  87.     <draft-callaghan-url-nfs-01.txt> as an Informational RFC. Steve to send

  90. 13. The IESG had no problem with the publication of The Application/MARC 
  91.     Content-type <draft-rfced-info-guenther-00.txt> as an Informational RFC. 
  92.     The IESG had one small request: that the Security Considerations be a 
  93.     heading rather than in the body of the text. Steve to convey to RFC 
  94.     Editor.

  96. 14. The IESG felt that Automated Digital Network System Description 
  97.     <draft-rfced-info-buddenberg-00.txt> should not be published at this time. 
  98.     The Transport ADs will be conveying their concerns directly to the author.

  101. 15. The IESG felt that Usage of H.323 on the Internet 
  102.     <draft-rfced-info-lantz-00.txt> should not be published at this time.

  106. 16. The IESG reviewed the plans for handling Internet-Drafts
  107.     immediately prior to an IETF meeting. The decision was made that
  108.     the Internet-Drafts cut-off for the DC meeting would be on Friday,
  109.     November 21. The was some discussion on how toi handle documents
  110.     submitted during the IETF. Steve to summarize and document the
  111.     process for IESG review.
