1. The minutes of the May 8 Teleconference were approved as corrected.
Steve to place in public archives.
2. The IESG felt that OSPF Version 2 <draft-ietf-ospf-version2-11.txt>
could be recycled at Draft Standard, due to the addition of MD5
material. At the conclusion of the required four month period, a
Last Call will be sent for advancing this document to Standard.
Steve to send announcement.
3. The IESG approved publication of OSPF with Digital Signatures
<draft-murphy-ospf-signature-03.txt> as an Experimental Protocol.
Steve to send announcement.
4. The IESG approved publication of A Trivial Convention for using
HTTP in URN Resolution <draft-ietf-urn-http-conv-01.txt> as an
Experimental Protocol. Steve to send announcement.
5. The IESG approved publication of Resolution of Uniform Resource
Identifiers using the Domain Name System
<draft-ietf-urn-naptr-05.txt> as an Experimental Protocol. Steve to
send announcement.
6. Keith will send a note to the author of PDC/NetApp Backup Protocol
<draft-stager-pdc-netapp-backup-02.txt> suggesting changes to the
document, including instructions to get a proper port number
assigned.
7. The IESG had no problem with the publication of the following

8. It was decided that when a WG goes "dormant" a note is to be
inserted in the Charter indicating this status.
9. The idea of an IANA liaison to the IESG was discussed and approved.
Steve to send note to the IANA with the invitation to join in on
IESG teleconferences.
10. Just prior to the teleconference, the IESG approved publication of
Definitions of Managed Objects for APPN
