  45.  2. The IESG approved "Definitions of Managed Objects for SNA NAUs"
  46.     <draft-ietf-snanau-snamib-03.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Coya to
  47.     send announcement to IETF and RFC Editor.

  49.  3. The IESG approved "Guidelines for OSI NSAP Allocation"
  50.     <draft-ietf-osinsap-allocation-01.txt> as a Draft Standard. Coya to
  51.     send announcement to IETF and RFC Editor.

  53.  4. The IESG approved "PPP in X.25" <draft-ietf-pppext-x25-02.txt> as a
  54.     Proposed Standard. Coya to send announcement to IETF and RFC

  57.  5. The IESG approved the creation of the Domain Name System Security
  58.     Working Group. Coya to send announcement.

  60.  6. The IESG discussed the draft charter and purpose of the PROPOSED ONC
  61.     Remote Procedure Call WG. There were concerns voiced over the
  62.     current/initial goals of the WG, and what would occur in the future.
  63.     Bradner to provide suggested changes to charter.

  65.  7. The IESG approved the publication of "Answers to Commonly asked New
  66.     Internet User Questions" <draft-ietf-uswg-fyi4-00.txt> as an
  67.     Informational RFC. Coya to send announcement to IETF and RFC Editor.

  69.  8. The IESG approved the publication of "IETF Working Group Guidelines
  70.     and Procedures" <draft-ietf-iesg-wgguidelines-02.txt, .ps> as an
  71.     Informational RFC. Coya to send announcement to IETF and RFC
  72.     Editor.

  74.  9. Coya was tasked to respond to the inquiry from SEMI (Semiconductor
  75.     Equipment and Materials International) about TCP/IP Messaging.

  77. 10. The IESG briefly discussed the topic of character sets and
  78.     internationalization issues. While the topic is deemed important to
  79.     the community, the level of involvement by the IETF was unclear,
  80.     especially in light of exisiting standards organizations already
  81.     working on the issue. It was noted that the topic had architectural
  82.     implications that should be addressed prior to initiating an
  83.     engineering effort.

  85. 11. A review of the disposition of the TN3270E LUname_Print document
  86.     was discussed, and the conclusion was that it should NOT be published
  87.     at this time.
