  16. This RFC describes an open distance vector routing protocol for use
  17. at all levels of the internet, from isolated LANs to the major routers
  18. of an international commercial network provider.

  20. This memo defines an Experimental Protocol for the Internet community.
  21. It does not specify an Internet standard.  Discussion and suggestions
  22. for improvement are requested.  Please refer to the current edition of
  23. the "IAB Official Protocol Standards" for the standardization state
  24. and status of this protocol.  Distribution of this memo is unlimited.
