  19. This memo makes the case for interdependent TCP control blocks, where
  20. part of the TCP state is shared among similar concurrent connections,
  21. or across similar connection instances.

  23. This memo provides information for the Internet community.  This memo
  24. does not specify an Internet standard of any kind.  Distribution of
  25. this memo is unlimited.
