  19. This memorandum describes the Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP)
  20. Version 4, which is an adaptation of the Network Time Protocol (NTP)
  21. used to synchronize computer clocks in the Internet.

  23. This memo provides information for the Internet community.  This
  24. memo does not specify an Internet standard of any kind.
  25. Distribution of this memo is unlimited.
