  19. This memo describes how to implement an IP echo host.  IP echo hosts
  20. send back IP datagrams after exchanging the source and destination IP
  21. addresses.  The effect is that datagrams sent to the echo host are
  22. sent back to the source, as if they originated at the echo host.
  23.  
  24. This memo defines an Experimental Protocol for the Internet
  25. community.  This memo does not specify an Internet standard of any
  26. kind.  Discussion and suggestions for improvement are requested.
  27. Distribution of this memo is unlimited.
