  22. This document describes a modification to the IETF procedures to allow
  23. an escape from a situation where the existing procedures are not
  24. working or do not seem to apply.  This is a modification to the
  25. procedures of RFC 1602 and 1603.
  26.  
  27. This document specifies an Internet Best Current Practices for the
  28. Internet Community, and requests discussion and suggestions for
  29. improvements.  Distribution of this memo is unlimited.

  31. This announcement is sent to the IETF list and the RFC-DIST list.
  32. Requests to be added to or deleted from the IETF distribution list
  33. should be sent to IETF-REQUEST@CNRI.RESTON.VA.US.  Requests to be
