  15. This document describes the encoding used in electronic mail for
  16. transferring Hebrew.  The standard devised makes use of MIME and
  17. ISO-8859-8.

  19. This memo provides information for the Internet community.  This memo
  20. does not specify an Internet standard of any kind.  Distribution of
  21. this memo is unlimited.
