  20. This document specifies the "THTTP" resolution protocol - a trivial
  21. convention for encoding resolution service requests and responses as
  22. HTTP 1.0 or 1.1 requests and responses.  The primary goal of THTTP is
  23. to be simple to implement so that existing HTTP servers may easily add
  24. support for URN resolution. This document is a product of Uniform
  25. Resource Names Working Group of the IETF.
  26.  
  27. This memo defines an Experimental Protocol for the Internet
  28. community.  This memo does not specify an Internet standard of any
  29. kind.  Discussion and suggestions for improvement are requested.
  30. Distribution of this memo is unlimited.
