  20. This document attempts to clearly define the concept of network
  21. renumbering and discuss some of the more pertinent reasons why an
  22. organization would have a need to do so.

  24. This memo provides information for the Internet community.  This memo
  25. does not specify an Internet standard of any kind.  Distribution of
  26. this memo is unlimited.

  28. This announcement is sent to the IETF list and the RFC-DIST list.
  29. Requests to be added to or deleted from the IETF distribution list
  30. should be sent to IETF-REQUEST@CNRI.RESTON.VA.US.  Requests to be
