  19. This document describes the External Data Representation Standard
  20. (XDR) protocol as it is currently deployed and accepted.  This RFC is
  21. the product of the ONC Remote Procedure Call Working Group of the
  22. IETF.

  24. This is now a Proposed Standard Protocol.
  25.  
  26. This document specifies an Internet standards track protocol for the
  27. Internet community, and requests discussion and suggestions for
  28. improvements.  Please refer to the current edition of the "Internet
  29. Official Protocol Standards" (STD 1) for the standardization state and
  30. status of this protocol.  Distribution of this memo is unlimited.
