  19. This informational RFC presents procedures for creating and
  20. documenting Internet standards on routing protocols.  These procedures
  21. have been established by the Internet Activities Board (IAB) in
  22. consultation with the Internet Engineering Steering Group (IESG).
  23. Distribution of this memo is unlimited.
