  18. This document provides definition and recommends considerations that
  19. must be undertaken to operate a X.500 Directory Service in the United
  20. States.  This project is the work performed for the Integrated
  21. Directory Services Working Group within the Internet Engineering Task
  22. Force, for establishing an electronic White Pages Directory Service
  23. within an organization in the US and for connecting it to a wide-area
  24. Directory infrastructure.

  26. This memo provides information for the Internet community.  This memo
  27. does not specify an Internet standard of any kind.  Distribution of
  28. this memo is unlimited.
