  16. This RFC describes the set of protocols and procedures that constitute
  17. Inter-Domain Policy Routing (IDPR).  IDPR includes the virtual gateway
  18. protocol, the flooding protocol, the route server query protocol, the
  19. route generation procedure, the path control protocol, and the data
  20. message forwarding procedure.

  22. This is now a Proposed Standard Protocol.
  23.  
  24. This RFC specifies an IAB standards track protocol for the Internet
  25. community, and requests discussion and suggestions for improvements.
  26. Please refer to the current edition of the "IAB Official Protocol
  27. Standards" for the standardization state and status of this protocol.
