  18. This memo describes a packetization scheme for the CellB video
  19. encoding. The scheme proposed allows applications to transport CellB
  20. video flows over protocols used by RTP.  This document is meant for
  21. implementors of video applications that want to use RTP and
  22. CellB. This RFC is a product of the Audio/Video Transport Working
  23. Group of the IETF.

  25. This is now a Proposed Standard Protocol.

  27. This document specifies an Internet standards track protocol for the
  28. Internet community, and requests discussion and suggestions for
  29. improvements.  Please refer to the current edition of the "Internet
  30. Official Protocol Standards" (STD 1) for the standardization state and
  31. status of this protocol.  Distribution of this memo is unlimited.
