  8. This document was produced as the result of a survey on MIBs related to 
  9. application management. The goal was to identify overlapping or
  10. duplicated 
  11. objects and discover problems within the relationships between those
  12. MIBs. 
  13. The survey covered MIBs already defined and those currently being
  14. defined with
  15. in IETF WGs, namely:
  16.  
  17.     * the SYSAPPL-MIB, 
  18.     * the WWW MIB,
  19.     * the NSM-MIB,
  20.     * the DSA-MIB, 
  21.     * the HR-MIB, and
  22.     * the RDBMS-MIB.
  23.   
  24. This internet draft analysis and describes: 
  25.  
  26.       1) contents of application MIBs,
  27.     2) duplicated and overlapping objects and the
  28.     3) indexing scheme of application related MIBs.
