Paint Shop Pro is a versatile general-purpose bitmap graphics program that also reads "vector" formats: drawings made up of lines and curves and shapes and stuff. These capabilities make Paint Shop extremely useful for file conversion where the originals are drawings.
The program performs a wide range of painting, drawing, and text functions. In addition, it contains a full range of functions for adjusting image quality, color depth, and special effects including GIF transparency.
