Internet Coach Lite is a tryout version of APTE's Internet teaching software. See what the Internet looks like from Internet Explorer. Review FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) about the Internet. This program is a great way to introduce your students to the Internet before actually turning them loose online to explore the Web sites identified in Part III of your book.
You don't need to install this software. This tryout version of Internet Coach runs directly from the CD.
IMPORTANT: This program may require 16-bit color (also called High Color) before you can use the software. To set 16-bit color in Windows 95:
1. Exit the CD quickly by pressing the Alt and F4 keys.
2. Click the Start button, and choose Control Panels.
3. Double-click the Display control panel icon.
4. Click on the Settings tab.
5. Under Color Palette, change the setting to High Color (16-bit). Note that changing this setting may affect the screen size (resolution) of your monitor so that your computer can handle the number of colors.
6. Click OK. You will be asked to restart your computer. After the computer restarts and you are returned to Windows, start up the CD and enjoy the Internet Coach Lite program.
To run Internet Coach Lite, click on the Continue button.
