  4.             SUMMARY OF STATE'S WITHOUT LIVING WILL LAWS

  6. The state that you are interested in does not have a living will
  7. law, through our last round of research, which ended in August,
  8. 1989. Certain states may have judicial decisions which validate
  9. living wills; however, it is beyond the purpose of this package
  10. which is to limit the preparation of documents to simple 
  11. documents that do not present any problems of intepretation.
  12. It is recommended that you prepare a uniform living will and
  13. a power of attorney and, in most instances, this will result in
  14. the greatest deal of protection possible. Futher information is
  15. contained in the manual.
