  7.  Version 3.67 adds ICQ support, SOWPODS, and other
  8.  new features. It requires Win95 or NT-4 with Service
  9.  Pack III applied.  Use the 16-bit version for Win3.x.

  15.  (1) Close any other programs you are running.  If you
  16.      have ICQ, make sure it is shut off.

  24.  We added a splash screen to let you choose which game
  25.  you want to play and made a few internal changes.

  29.  We think we have fixed the ICQ problem which was making
  30.  it hard for some players to connect.  A number of
  31.  other bugs have been fixed so 3.66 should be solid.

  35.  (1) We have moved our website to http://wordzap.com
  36.      This version reflects the change.

  38.  (2) The dictionary has been extended to include words 
  39.      that UK Scrabble(R) users use - known as OSW or
  40.      "Official Scrabble Words".  The combination of OSW
  41.      and the US OSPD ("Official Scrabble Players Dict-
  42.      ionary) gives "SOWPODS" (it's an anagram folks!)
  43.      which is used in international Scrabble Matches.
  44.      "Esoteric" words are now called "Extra
  45.      words" and you may choose US (OSPD), UK (OSW) or
  46.      both (SOWPODS).  You need to be registered to use
  47.      all the extra dictionaries.

  49.  (3) When playing online, WordZap now uses the smaller 
  50.      of the two dictionaries selected by each of the 
  51.      opponents.  This rule also applies to Optional-S 
  52.      words and Abridged words.

  54.  (4) WordHai(R) is no longer offered to registered players.
  55.      Please keep version 3.60 or earlier if you want to
  56.      keep playing WordHai(R).  WordHai is now available 
  57.      on MSN as part of "Mind Aerobics".  The show also 
  58.      includes two other word games I designed plus several 
  59.      games designed by Alexey Pajitnov (of Tetris fame).  
  60.      If you are an MSN subscriber, give them a try.

  62.  (5) We have added a Beginners Ladder - where you play
  63.      LongZap.  When it gets full, players at the top will
  64.      "graduate" to make room for new beginners.

  66.  (6) When you win a ladder match you will be able go
  67.      directly to the reporting page.  (At some point this
  68.      will be fully automated - but not yet).

  70.  (7) Your free trial period is 20 sessions. After that 
  71.      time, WordZap exits spontaneously after about five 
  72.      minutes - except on Sundays.

  74.  (8) Direct Play has been updated by Microsoft to 5.0A.
  75.      The connection software has been improved. Hopefully 
  76.      this will reduce connection problems.

  78.  (9) We have added "timely tips" which pop up and tell
  79.      you what to do when a new situation arises.  They
  80.      can be shut off once you know what to do.

  82.  (A) We have added ICQ support. Click your opponent to get
  83.      the floating menu and select "Internet Phone/Games".

  85.  (B) The registration code has added 2 digits.  If you were
  86.      previously registered use a 0 in the third position.

  88.  (C) A number of bugs have been fixed. Fixed problem using
  89.      Spanish dictionary.

  95.  If you are trying to play someone via the IGames
  96.  lobby sometimes it won't complete the connection.  If re-
  97.  booting doesn't fix it you may have too old a version of
  98.  Direct Play.  To fix this, install the latest version of
  99.  WordZap and (important) reboot just before you install.
  100.  Another cause is that one of you is behind a firewall.  
  101.  If this does not fix it I would very much like to know.

  109.  We put a lot of time and effort into making WordZap the
  110.  best word game.  Many of you have said a lot of nice 
  111.  things about WordZap and that is appreciated.  We would 
  112.  like to think that if you enjoy playing WordZap, that 
  113.  you will help support our efforts.  We're currently 
  114.  putting four kids through College and really do need the 
  115.  money!

  126.               "FILE.XXX is currently locked"
  127.      First ignore it, then reboot and install WordZap again.
