  1. License Agreement (Shareware Version)

  3. This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an
  4. entity) and Red When Excited Ltd. By opening the sealed software
  5. packages and/or by using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the
  6. terms of this Agreement.

  10. THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
  11. EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF
  12. MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL
  13. THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR
  14. CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF
  15. ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU

  22. Familiar is a shareware program and is provided at no charge to the
  23. user for evaluation. Feel free to share unlicensed copies with your
  24. friends, but please do not give it away altered or as part of another
  25. system. The essence of shareware software is to provide personal
  26. computer users with quality software without high prices, and yet to
  27. provide incentive for programmers to continue to develop new products.

  29. If you find this program useful and find that you continue to use it
  30. after a reasonable trial period, you must make a registration payment
  31. (see the registration instructions
  32. for details). This registration fee will license one copy for use on
  33. any one computer at any one time. All users will receive a copy of the
  34. latest release when they register,and free technical support for a
  35. limited period.

  37. Commercial users must register and pay for their copies within 30 days
  38. of first use or their license is withdrawn. Site License arrangements
  39. may be made by contacting Red When Excited Ltd. Anyone distributing
  40. this product for any kind of remuneration must first contact Red When
  41. Excited Ltd for authorization. You must treat this software just like
  42. a book. For example, this software may be used by any number of people
  43. and may be freely moved from one computer location to another, as long
  44. as there is no possibility of it being used at more than one location
  45. at a time. Just as a book cannot be read by two people at the same
  46. time.

  48. You are encouraged to pass a copy of this software along to your
  49. friends for evaluation, but you must include all files in the original
  50. distribution. Please encourage them to register their copy if they
