  11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.
  12. Numerology Readers are provided AS IS without any warranty, 
  13. express or implied. Numerology Readers are to be used for
  14. entertainment purposes only. In no event will Eugene Khmelevsky Inc.
  15. be liable to you for any damages, including any lost profits, lost 
  16. savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of 
  17. your use or inability to use the programs, or for any claim by any 
  18. other party.

  20. GRANT. Subject to payment of applicable license fees, Licensor grants 
  21. to you a non-exclusive license to use the Software and accompanying 
  22. documentation.

  24. SCOPE OF GRANT.

  26. You may:
  27.  * use the Software on any single computer;
  28.  * use the Software on a second computer so long as only one copy is 
  29.    used at a time;
  30.  * copy the Software for archival purposes, provided any copy must 
  31.    contain all of the original Software's proprietary notices;

  33. You may not:
  34.  * permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms 
  35.    listed above;
  36.  * permit concurrent use of the Software;
  37.  * modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create 
  38.    derivative works based on the Numerology Star Reader, Companion Reader,
  39.    Message Decoder or Pets Numerology. (current or previous versions)
  40.  * copy the Software other than as specified above;
  41.  * rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer rights 
  42.    to the Software;
  43.  * remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

  45. TITLE. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the 
  46. Software shall remain in Licensor. The Software is protected by the 
  47. copyright laws and treaties. Title and related rights in the content 
  48. accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content 
  49. owner and may be protected by applicable law. This License gives you no 
  50. rights to such content.

  52. TERMINATION.  The license will terminate automatically if you fail to 
  53. comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must 
  54. destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation.
